Inara delivers intercultural youth care for young people and families with a migration background. Their work is deeply human, culturally aware and multifaceted. The brief: bring all of that online in a way that feels trustworthy and crystal clear.
The challenge
The site needed to serve three very different audiences: care professionals, parents and young people. It had to feel accessible and organized without any digital clutter. On top of that, the platform needed to streamline communication and capture client feedback, without coming across as cold or institutional.
Our approach
We leaned into simplicity, warmth and language. Warm visuals, clear navigation and multilingual support formed the foundation. We also designed space for interactive features like an AI Chat Assistant and dynamic intake forms, so every visitor gets the support they need, on their terms.
The name Inara comes from Arabic and means "light" or "illumination". A fitting metaphor for what Inara aims to be: a beacon for young people and families, a fresh start.
The logo is shaped like a flower in bloom, symbolizing growth, resilience and hope. Look closer and you see human forms within it: young people blossoming, mentors supporting. The upward motion reflects recovery and development.
The rising shapes echo a phoenix, a powerful image of overcoming adversity. That is exactly what Inara stands for: helping young people find themselves again, grow and rejoin society with confidence.
